Our tax professionals are not Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), and 1800 Tax Pros LLC is not a licensed CPA firm regulated by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. We do not provide attest services, audits, reviews, or compilations of financial statements, and no service, report, or dashboard we provide should be relied upon as such. Nothing on this website or in our deliverables constitutes an opinion on financial statements.

All bookkeeping and financial reports prepared by 1800 Tax Pros LLC are compiled from bank, credit card, and payment transaction data provided by the client or accessed through client-authorized connections (including Plaid), together with information and representations furnished by the client.

By engaging our bookkeeping services or connecting a financial account, the client represents that the connected accounts, and the transactions designated as business transactions, are for bona fide business purposes. We do not audit, verify, or independently confirm the accuracy, completeness, or business purpose of any transaction. Automated categorizations are estimates until reviewed. The client remains solely responsible for reviewing all categorizations, identifying personal or non-deductible items, and maintaining documentation substantiating the business purpose of expenses as required by the IRS. Reports are for internal management use and tax preparation support only.

Use of this website or the financial dashboard does not, by itself, create a tax preparation, accounting, or advisory engagement with 1800 Tax Pros LLC. Professional engagements are established only through a signed engagement letter or written service agreement.

No content, report, or tool on this website guarantees any tax outcome, deduction, refund, penalty result, or financial performance. Tax results depend on each client’s specific facts, documentation, and applicable law.

Financial account connections are established through Plaid and are read-only — they cannot move money or initiate transactions.

We never see or store your online banking username or password.

Data is encrypted in transit.

Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

We maintain a written information security program consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule.
